Mr. Musah Abdallah Ibrahim holds an M.A in Library and Information Studies (Middle Eastern Librarianship) from University College London. He also holds an MA in Islamic Studies (Comparative Religions) from Hamad Bin Khalifa University in Qatar, and also, an M.A in Arabic (Linguistics) from the University of Ghana. He completed his B.A in philosophy and Arabic at the University of Ghana, and was awarded a certificate of Arabic Proficiency from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt. He currently works as an Arabic and Islamic Studies teacher at DPS-Modern Indian School in Doha, Qatar. He worked previously as an Administrative assistant at the student affairs department of Hamad Bin Khalifa University in Qatar.
He also worked as a Library Assistant at the College of Humanities and Social Science in Hamad Bin Khalifa University, and also as a research assistant in the Qardawi Centre for Islamic Moderation and Renewal in Hamad Bin Khalifa University, Qatar. He is the founder and director of the Quran Academy, Ghana. Mr. Musah Ibrahim has a wide range of interests, which ramified into fields other than Islamic Studies — Archives, Manuscripts, Arabic, Philosophy, cross cultural studies, Religion, Law, gender Studies and Librarianship in general. He is a member of Islamic Dawah Mission in Ghana, which is an interfaith based organization aimed at fostering unity and peaceful coexistence amongst various religious groups.
